Local boxing fans are excited about tomorrow night’s border clash inside Tijuana’s Municipal Auditorium.

In the Main Event is Christian Bojorquez (9-0-0, 2 KOs) who weighed in at 122 lbs. while his opponent Cesar De La Mora (3-3-1, 2 KOs) went a pound over the super bantamweight limit of 122 lbs.

Bantamweight Jesus Briseño 118 lbs. will be making his Pro-debut against Marino Cañete (0-1).

Pastor Elenes (3-1-0, 1 KO) 150 lbs. is set to face Adrian Gonzalez (0-4) 150 lbs. In his young career, Gonzalez has been knocked out twice.

Locally produced, super flyweight Jose Toribio 113.5 lbs. who trains with Joe Vargas at the Undisputed Downtown location in San Diego will be going up against Super Bantamweight Cristian Ciciliano (0-0-1) 118 lbs. of Tijuana and giving up 4½ pounds.

And, what’s up with this? Light heavyweight Ulises Sierra (1-0-1) 170 lbs. from Undisptued North Park in San Diego is set to face Cruiserweight Jose Luis Esparza who is making his pro debut and weighed in at 183 lbs. The Sierra camp is not concerned about the thirteen pound differential? Either Esparza is that bad or Sierra’s people are willing to gamble their fighter won’t get in a situation where that Esparza could possibly leverage his 13 pound weight advantage into a knockout blow.
